ALCOLIN PERMO-KEY SCRATCH COAT provides an excellent keying surface with good water resistance properties prior to the application of tile adhesives and screeds. ALCOLIN PERMO-KEY must be premixed with ALCOLIN LATEX-BOND prior to use.
