ALCOLIN PERMO-KEY SCRATCH COAT provides an excellent keying surface with good water resistance properties prior to the application of tile adhesives and screeds. ALCOLIN PERMO-KEY must be premixed with ALCOLIN LATEX-BOND prior to use.

- Ideal primer/key prior to screeding and tiling
- Suitable for interior and exterior applications
- Consolidates friable, previously treated/painted surfaces on both walls and floors
- Ideal as a primer between old and new cement surfaces
Other Information
- Must not be applied externally when there is a risk of rain or frost within six hours after application
- Not recommended as a moisture barrier
